Web Start Plus - How to Order

You can order your Web Start Plus website package by following three simple steps:

Download and print our Web Start Plus order form. Complete the form, including your contact details and information of how you would like to pay. The form will ask you to provide information to be included on your new website. You will also be asked what web address you want for your website.

Download and print our Web Start Plus check list. The check list tells you what you must provide so that we have all the information we need to design your website for you.

Post your completed Web Start Plus order form, along with your payment and the information, photos, letterheads etc we need to:

Once we have received your order we will contact you to confirm receipt. We will let you know what web address we can use for your website (this depends on the availablility of web addresses). Finally, we will allocate you a user name and password so you can access information on the status of your account with us.

When we have completed your website we will contact you again for your authorisation to "go live" on the web. Once we have your approval, and have made any last minute updates and changes, we will put your new site on the web.

For 12 months from the day your website goes live on the web we will host and maintain your website. We will provide you with a customer service email address which you can use to request updates to your website.

After 11 months we will send you a reminder to let you know that you need to renew your arrangement with us.
